1) Contact BY YOUR SIDE to schedule a FREE programming evaluation for your child.

Parent and child participate together in evaluation
Begin with tour of the facility
We use the Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales as a global evaluation
assessing communication, personal and social functioning
Observation of child in preferred activities
Observations of child with familiar communication partner (parent)
Discuss recommendations and skill priorities
Therapy plan is created and scheduled
Therapy begins (first 2 or 3 sessions are used to identify specific goals)
Goals are finalized after second or third therapy session and given to
parents for review

3) BY YOUR SIDE, in conjunction with the parent/guardian, will contact respective insurance provider to understand benefits and eligibility.
4) Parent receives the enrollment package and a therapy schedule to review and approve.
